Day 1 - Arrive Barcelona
Welcome to Spain this morning as you arrive into Barcelona. This is Catalonia’s ancient cultural city which is constantly reinventing itself. Upon arrival, make your way to the hotel and check in. Relax a while and spend the rest of the day looking at the awe inspiring works of Antoni Gaudí, the Basilica of the Holy Family (Sagrada Familia), or the fabulous Boqueria market. The city also has museums that house Picasso and Dali. Fine food, fashion, opera, nightlife, street theatre, art…Barcelona is all of this and more, a city that holds surprises for every visitor. Overnight in Barcelona.

Day 2 - Barcelona
After breakfast, you drive through picturesque little villages of the province to arrive at the incomparable setting of the mountain of Montserrat. Here you visit the Basilica of Montserrat famous for its 12th-century carvings. On your return, do stop at the Port situated in the city. Here you can opt to visit the Aquarium and the various restaurants. Do make your own way back to the hotel, later in the evening. Overnight in Barcelona.

Day 3 - Barcelona/Cruise
The morning is free for you to spend at leisure and soak in the beautiful ambience of this city. Later make your way to the port to board your cruise which departs at around 1800 hours. Make yourself comfortable in your cabin on board and relax. Overnight on board the cruise.

Day 4 - Cruise
At 0800 hours this morning, you cruise into the port city of Marseille in France. The cruise docks here for the day and will depart at 1900 hours. You have the day to explore this fishing city by booking on any of the optional tours the cruise has to offer. This ancient port city has a rich history as can be seen by the Greek, Roman and French influences. The night comes alive with the many activities that are on offer aboard the cruise. Overnight on board the cruise.

Day 5 - Cruise
This morning you wake up to breakfast in Genoa, Italy. The cruise docks at 0900 hours and sails off again at 1700 hours. You have the day to explore this ancient city. Part of the old city is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Back on the cruise, do explore more of the amenities on board. Overnight on board the cruise.

Day 6 - Cruise
Its time to visit the Italian Riviera this morning, as that’s where the cruise docks for you. Arrive at the lovely city of Naples at 1100 hours. With its cobblestone streets, beautiful bay, elaborate Baroque churches, Royal palace, cafés and jewellers, Naples is truly beautiful. Spend time exploring the area and the city on your own or opt for any of the optional tours. The city is truly different and well worth a visit. The cruise sails off at 1930 hours. Overnight on board the cruise.

Day 7 - Cruise
Cruise further down south and arrive into Palermo, in Sicily, at 0700 hours. Once again there is ample opportunity for you to explore the city on your own or take any of the optional tours. The ship cruises off at 1900 hours in the evening. Entertainment and food awaits you back on board. Overnight on board the cruise.

Day 8 - Cruise
African and Arabic hospitality await you in exotic Tunis, on the coast of North Africa. Dock at Tunis, the capital of Tunisia, at 0700 hours following which you have the option of taking a half day tour of this city with its African, Arab and Roman influences. You could check out the shopping options too before departing at 1300 hrs. The rest of the day can be spent lazing on the deck or taking part in the various shows on board. Overnight on board the cruise.

Day 9 - Cruise
Head back to Spain today and touch the exotic Balearic Islands by 1300 hours. The rest of the day is free for you to get off and explore the pretty island of Palma de Mallorca, known for its nature and parties. Overnight on board the cruise.

Day 10 - Cruise/Barcelona
Set sail in the wee hours of the morning and arrive into Barcelona at 0900 hours. Its time to disembark and make your way to the hotel and check in. The rest of the day is free for you to relax and finish exploring the rest of Barcelona that you would have missed seeing and exploring. Overnight in Barcelona.

Day 11 - Depart Barcelona
Its time to bid farewell to Spain as you make your way to the airport to catch your flight back home or look at extending your holiday further.
