P. R. S. Oberoi, Chairman. Mr. Oberoi is an institution in the hospitality business. He commands great respect and credibility in the industry for his business acumen and vision. He is also the Chairman & Chief Executive of EIH Ltd.

Ashwini Kakkar, Executive Vice-Chairman. Mr. Kakkar has wide experience across various industries but the travel business is his primary passion. He has been conferred with numerous awards by travel trade organisations. He was bestowed the ''Ordre National du Merite'' by the French Government in 2007, in recognition of his contribution to promoting Indo-French relations. He is also the Chairman of VIA Ltd, a leading player in the mobile ticketing and e-travel space.

Aashutosh Akshikar, Chief Executive Officer. He has an MBA in Business Management, and has spent 16 years with Thomas Cook India, leading the companies' foreign exchange operations and travel businesses. In addition to his responsibilities in India he completed various business projects in Japan, Germany and Mauritius.

Hoshang Netarwala, Chief Financial Officer. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant and with a degree in Law, he has over 20 years of experience across the service and manufacturing sectors. His last assignment was as Executive Director - Finance of AC Nielsen ORG Marg, where he was responsible for the Legal, Secretarial, Administration and Finance functions for a team of 1700 employees.

Anil Nadkarni, Chief Technology Officer. A post graduate in Computer Science, Anil has over 24 years of industry experience of which the last 14 years have been the CIO role at Cadbury India and Thomas Cook India. He was named one of the top three CIOs in India by Data Quest Magazine.

Ajay Bhatia, Head - Foreign Exchange. A post graduate in Sales & Marketing from New Delhi University, Ajay has about 23 years of experience in the Foreign Exchange business at Thomas Cook India, managing over 400 employees across 50 branches.

Nancy Castelino, Head - Marketing. A post graduate in Marketing Management, Nancy brings over 16 years of experience across the services, FMCG and durables industries. She has handled the marketing and product management functions at Thomas Cook India, Gufic Ltd and Aristocrat Marketing Ltd.

Deepak Rao, Head - Human Resources. A post graduate in Human Resources and Marketing from Mumbai University, Deepak has over 10 years of industry experience with stints in Mastek Ltd, Bennett Coleman, DFPCL and JSW.
